AEV Rear Bumper For 2023+ Ford Super Duty
AEV Rear Bumper For 2023+ Ford Super Duty
Estimated Ship Date:Â Early-June 2026
Protection Where It Matters. Clearance Where You Need It.
The 2023+ Super Duty is built to work. But the factory rear bumper? It wasn’t built for departure angles, recovery points, or real world abuse out on the trail.
The AEV Rear Bumper changes that — without compromising towing, factory electronics, or the truck’s OEM-level refinement.
This is serious protection engineered to look like it belongs there.
High Clearance. Real Capability.
The AEV Rear Bumper is purpose-built to maximize ground clearance and departure angle — not make it worse. The high-clearance center section tucks tight to the body, while chassis-mounted 2.5” OD corner tubes add real-world protection for your bed sides.
And yes — those corner tubes are functional. They’re chassis-mounted and proven on our HD Ram program. They’re there to take hits so your sheet metal doesn’t.
OEM Integration. Aftermarket Strength.
Modern Super Duties are loaded with tech — and we engineered around all of it.
- Factory Rear Parking Assist (RPA) sensors retain proper placement and functionality
- Seamless compatibility with active braking and park assist
- Plug-and-play wiring harness for straightforward integration
- Designed around the factory hitch and receiver — no compromise to towing capability
No warning lights. No sensor confusion. No compromises. Just factory-level functionality with AEV-level strength.
Engineered to a Higher Standard
- 3mm steel center section
- Chassis-mounted 2.50” OD corner protection tubes
- Dual closed-loop, chassis-mounted recovery points
- Integrated corner steps with textured pads
- Injection-molded center step pads
- Multi-stage, zinc e-coat and powdercoat finish for maximum corrosion resistance
- Compatible with optional AEV Rear Auxiliary Light Kit (coming soon)
Complete the System
Pair it with the AEV Rear Auxiliary Light Kit (coming soon) for added rearward visibility and integrated lighting performance.
