The Carli Pathfinder level height system is designed to be the perfect middle ground system between the Backcountry and Pintop. It has the smooth on road ride of the Backcountry with the controlled, planted feel of a larger 2.5" diameter shock. If you're looking to have a do it all truck but don't need the all out off road capability of the King shock tuning options, this is the system for you.
The Carli Pathfinder 2.5 suspension system offers a smooth and controlled ride ideal for light to moderate off-road adventures, though it’s less suited for aggressive, high-speed terrain compared to the Pintop. On paved roads, it excels by absorbing small to medium bumps effortlessly, providing a comfortable ride without demanding a sporty driving style.
Designed for drivers who prioritize daily comfort but want reliable off-road performance, it features Carli-SPEC 2.5” aluminum shocks with a durable hard-anodized finish and black-anodized billet components for a sleek, premium look. High-performance red shock oil ensures consistent damping and long-lasting reliability. With 55% more piston surface area than 2.0” shocks, it manages heat better and extends maintenance intervals. The Pathfinder strikes the perfect balance for Super Duty owners seeking a premium, affordable, and road-focused suspension that can handle tough off-road conditions.
For the best ride, it is recommended to add the Carli torsion sway bar and full replacement rear leaf packs. Both are a massive upgrade on and of road, and address key weak points of the factory parts.
The 2020+ Ford F250/350 Platform is the same as the 17-19 but they lowered the front 1″ and the rear 1″-1.5″ depending on the cab configuration and 250/350 designation. For this reason, the only change to the suspension systems will be the stated lift height. The 2.5″ Lift Systems from the previous generation, 2017-19, are now 3.5″ for the 2020.
If you don't add a rear Carli leaf spring option, certain 2020+ F-250s may need a taller rear block to sit level depending on the trim package.
