Greenlane's roof racks utilize CNC cut 1/4” thick aluminum for the side rails and USA made 8020 extrusion for the crossbars. Greenlane has developed their "Gutter Block" mounting system to be the strongest and most watertight mounting system on the market.

• Comes complete with all stainless hardware
• Gutter block system allows a much larger mounting footprint as well as allowing you to remove the rack without unsealing your roof
• 1/4” Aluminum side rails are CNC machined allowing chamfers on all edges
• Large tie down slots accommodate most strap hooks
  
• Formed 1/8” aluminum front air dam with the option for a light bar cut out (42" wide)
• Sits 1/2” higher than the rear shark fin antenna at it’s highest point
• Weight rating exceeds Toyota’s suggested loading for the roof
• Crossbars utilize larger 5/16" hardware compared to competitors 1/4" or 6mm
• Crossbars are hard anodized and then powdercoated. (Includes 5 standard crossbars in base configuration) - won't sun fade like competitors black anodized crossbars
• Base rack with 5 crossbars weighs 55lbs. (Each Double slot crossbar weighs 6lbs)
