• 3/4" thick 
• 1-1/4 inch X 1-3/4 inch slot machined to accept soft shackles or conventional D ring shackle 
• Recessed Bolt heads
• Grade 10.9 Hardware supplied
• Sand blasted, then coated with Zinc primer, followed by textured red powdercoat
• Includes one pair of shackles and four 10.9 flange head mounting bolts
• Installs in minutes with basic hand tools
